It has now been over 2 years since our last price increase and with the increase in prices of raw materials from our suppliers we are unable to hold these price for any longer. 

So as from the 1st September 2012 our prices will generally increase by 5%.  There are a few items which have increased more than 5% due to high increase from suppliers, please check our price list (available on request) or speak to our sales staff for an up to date price.

As of the 1st April 2009 Microbore Tooling Systems Ltd acquired the trading business of C. D. Atkinson Eng. Co Ltd. - Nuneaton. All future business for CDA will be processed under the Microbore.

We have special facilities for combination boring tools to include Taper tooling and Adaptors. Tooling Packages and Line bars.

New from January 2009 microbore have introduced the EM Series of fine boring units. Fully enclosed and pre-tensioned to eliminate backlash these units are adjusted using the dial only. These units are aimed at customers who wish to manufacture their own boring bars dedicated to cutting to or about a specific bore size. Mounting dimensions for the EM series are exactly the same as our already popular CM range of adaptor bushes.
